Refund Policy

Unless you were charged the wrong amount, or an error was made in your transaction, all sales are final. In the case that there was an error, you must submit a Refund Request via an Online Support Ticket. If a refund is approved, it will be issued in the same payment method used to make the initial purchase (No Exceptions)
